JDI Contracts Inc. offers owner's representation and technical support services for projects. Our services portfolio includes project and construction management, inspection and QA/QC, and related field support services. Since 2003 we have completed several multi-million dollar projects in multiple upper Midwest states up to $300 million in value.
Our teams bring a culture of cost control, organization, and experience in a comprehensive team and gap resource approach. Specializing in the energy and utilities industry, we focus on project process and outcomes, from start to finish. We help integrate and connect your team at the highest level, resulting in the delivery of your project as defined and imagined during concept planning.
Recently completed projects include Great River Energy's DryFining project, a $275 million new technology development effort where JDI provided construction management, project controls, instrumentation engineering, QA/QC, startup leadership and many other services. We currently construction manage the CapX2020 Brookings line, a 250 mile 345 kV line, where we offer project controls, field QA/QC, safety coordination and materials management.
